NJPA provide the best solution for you. Whether that’s face to face or remote support NJPA provide an extensive range of business services to both corporate and small business.

The majority of these services can be provided without NJPA actually being in your office and are delivered virtually via the internet in a secure and safe environment. Using our services is a simple 4 step process:

1. Free Consultation

The initial phase of any NJPA project is a FREE consultation and needs analysis and this can be done by phone or face to face. This initial consultation gives the client the chance to meet and discuss their own specific requirement as each project is tailored to meet the needs of each individual client.

2. Tailored Proposal

After the initial consultation the customer receives a full proposal and pricing document again tailored to the specific client brief. A copy of our contract is enclosed along with our terms and conditions.  The Fees can be either our hourly rate or a retainer based on volume commitment. Specific projects, such as Event Management, are charged at a daily rate.

3. Follow up Meeting

A follow up meeting takes place by phone or face to face to agree and sign off the proposal. At this meeting the contract and terms and conditions are signed by both parties.

4. Commence Project

NJPA then commence the project to the specific client brief given at the initial meeting, giving regular updates where necessary depending on the length of the project.
